Productivity is a creation of modernism. To produce. We have simply been reduced to a function. Forget the human BEING. We are now a function, “what do you do”?
This is probably the most asked question when you are asking someone about themselves. We have become a function of doing. The essence, the frequency, the human being has been entirely removed. And we all so desperately want to have a function, hence “schooling” “job” “career” even a pursuit of “purpose”.
I have never been able to articulate what I do, because I am not a function.
I don’t do.
My entire “work” is an offering/experience of who I am. Who I BE. This is the sovereign and autonomous way of business and work. If you want to participate in this way of “work” then focus on your Being, let your Beingness be where you “do” all things from.
Let your work not be a function you fulfill, but rather a frequency/essence you omit and offer to the world. Where people can actually feel your beingness each time they interact with you.
You are not a function to create a product or plug away at outcomes and results, hence be productive. You are so much greater, bigger than anything that tries to reduce you and subjugate you to an idea, object, label, identity or function. You are BEING first. And everything that comes out from that Beingness is creation unfolding through you making itself known.
